ProDocs AI is a professional document creation platform. By creating an account, signing in or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
You must provide accurate details when registering, including your name, profession and organisation information, and keep them up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
Email verification (one-time code) may be required before access is granted. Accounts may be deactivated or deleted by an administrator where these terms are breached.
The platform provides professional templates and guided forms for letters, MOUs, agreements, memos, notices, reports, proposals, contracts and similar workplace documents.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving every document before you send, sign, file or rely on it.
Drafts generated with AI are produced from the information you supply and may contain errors, omissions or inaccurate statements.
ProDocs AI does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Nothing produced on the platform is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
You must not use the AI features to create unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading content.
Signature images, drawn signatures, typed signatures, logos and letterhead details you upload must be yours or used with the owner's permission.
You must not apply another person's signature or an organisation's branding to a document without authorisation. You remain responsible for the legal validity of any signed document under the laws that apply to you.
You retain ownership of the documents, text, images and files you create or upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.
You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware or that you are not permitted to share.
Do not attempt to access other users' data, bypass access controls or administrator permissions, probe or disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or resell access without our written consent.
Do not use the platform to impersonate a person or organisation, or to produce documents intended to deceive.
Administrators may manage users, templates, professions, categories and support requests in line with their assigned permissions. Administrative actions are recorded in an activity log.
Support requests you submit, including any screenshots you attach, are stored securely and used only to resolve your issue.
We aim to keep ProDocs AI available and reliable, including offline-capable features of the installable app, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Features may change, be added or be withdrawn as the platform develops.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProDocs AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or any loss arising from your reliance on a document created with the platform.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that create risk for other users.
